This framed painting was created by Thomas Leung in 1992, after visiting Mt. Bachelor, and "found it to be very beautiful." It hung at Shelton Fine Arts Gallery of Bend, originally priced at $6500. This is the ONLY Original oil painting of Mt. Bachelor by Hong Kong Artist Thomas Leung. (Prints have never been made.)
Thomas painted this while on a Central Oregon ski vacation and named it "Spring Mountain." Thomas Leung creates dreamy landscapes and magical fantasies, striking abstracts in bold colors. They are a masterful harmonizing of color, and vibrant vitality. The Leung family of artists is world renowned.
