This accurate scale model is based on the popular Murray children's peddle tricycle from 1935.
Made of die-cast metal with working parts, it features rubber tires, pedals that work and handle bars that turn the front wheel.
The 1935 Steelcraft catalog called this little vehicle no less than "remarkable- a perfection of design, appearance, materials and workmanship."
The Velocipede (more commonly known as a "tricycle") was built for hours of active play.
