We are a growing consulting firm seeking an organized, motivated professional to help manage client relationships and coordinate a variety of business and technology projects.

This is a part-time hybrid position with flexible scheduling. Some in-person meetings are required in the Bend area, while much of the work can be performed remotely.
What You'll Do:
As the Project & Client Account Manager, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for clients while helping ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and moving toward successful completion.
Responsibilities include:
-Coordinate multiple client projects from initiation through completion.
-Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status, priorities, and next steps.
-Schedule meetings and maintain action items and follow-up activities.
-Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
-Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Coordinate activities between clients and internal technical resources.
-Help identify project risks and assist in resolving issues before they become problems.
-Support proposal preparation, project planning, and general client account management.
-Assist with organizing electronic documents and maintaining accurate project records.
-Provide exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships.

Preferred experience includes:
-Project coordination or project management.
-Client account management or customer relationship management.
-Business process improvement.
-Preparing professional documentation and reports.
-Experience using Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
-Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
