Restored a 1982 Mercury 9.8 (110 Thunderbolt) outboard this winter. Details below of what I worked on. I have video of it running that I can send if interested.

Tested compression
Top Cylinder: 95
Bottom Cylinder: 90

Good spark, Carb rebuild kit, new fuel lines, restored kill button switch, top cowl was completely redone with fiberglass patch, paint, clear coat and new decals. New water pump and impeller. Lower unit serviced with new gear oil. Comes with metal fuel tank, restored the original float and gauge on that as well.
