Zipp Speed Weaponry 404 Firecrest 700c carbon rims are laced to Chris King R45 hubs with Sapim CX Ray bladed aero spokes. They are for tubular tires which means the tires need be glued on. These are for rim brakes, not discs. The hub shell is for Shimano/Sram 10-11spd cassettes. This wheel set was used only twice by a local athlete at two National Championship road races and gold medaled in both. They were never crashed and don’t have a single blemish as they were stored in a Wheel Safe as long as we owned them. The tires are in good shape but the glue has become dry and brittle so they need to be redone. A new set of Challenge Strada tires are included. Titanium Zipp skewers are also included.
