Shoes are D width (regular width) so if you have Chewbacca feet that's not a shoe for you.
The shoes has BOA like mechanism that tights counter-clockwise and relieve tension clockwise. The sole is medium stiff. Still stiff and efficient without being to hard on your feet.
MAVIC says size is 45 1/3 but it's a true 45 or 10.5 as my other SIDI shoes.
