This Monty 17 is in amazing condition. It was built in 1984 but have spent every winter until this one in a building. The only water this boat has ever been in is Fern Ridge Lake. It's never been in salt water so it has very little corrosion. All hardware works beautifully. The sails are original, but in crispy condition. Included are mainsail, working jib, 130% genoa, and storm jib. Two outboard engines are included, a 4-stroke and a 2-stoke. Trailer has new wheels and tires with less than 100 miles on them. Included are extra hatch covers still in the packaging. Montgomery gave them to the original owner as extras but they have never been installed.
