This 2004 Wilderness Systems Tempest Pro 170 (HIN WKY12022F404, last year using premium small batch process) is a performance sea/touring kayak, perfect for medium to large kayakers. The fiberglass/kevlar layup composite construction is lighter and stiffer than later models, providing better responsiveness and glide. The hull design gives superb stability and excellent edging.
It has been garaged stored or covered in a protected area. Two repaired dings (see pictures), otherwise just minor scratches.
The boat has the TruTrak skeg system for excellent tracking, classic Phase 3 seating, adjustable padded thigh braces, sidelock foot brace system, three domed hatches, bungee deck rigging, and bow compass.
