Mariah 20' Boat - $1,200 (East bend)

My cousin bought this boat in 2012 with a bad outdrive. He paid $3000 for a new Alpha one to be put on May 2013. They took it out once and the motor had been frozen and was bad. He paid $4300 for a new Chev 350 motor to be installed Sept 2013. They didn't put it in the water until 2019 and it ran bad, guessing it got hot, but ran it less than an hour total. He replaced the thermostat, temp sensor, and a couple other things and had it winterized. It sat until I bought it in 2023. Replaced a few tires and the battery then took it to my boat guy who ran it and winterized the boat (Oct 2023). I took it to the lake 2024 and ran it for about ten minutes, it ran badly and I believe it may be a blown head gasket. Took it back to my boat guy who winterized it once again (Nov 2024). It's sat since then. Interior is rough shape, somethings wrong with the motor, and a project I don't have the time to mess with. It has $7k+ in motor/ outdrive replacement with almost no hours on it but if it is head gaskets then that's a decent sized project. I have the 2025 stickers for it but did not renew for 26. Would trade for 2A items as well.
