Silver is collapsible for space saving (shown in second photo). Can be adjusted in increments by moving front roller, along notches as seen in first photo.
Black roller setup (3rd photo) is continuously adjustable for different size bicycles by adjusting side rails to preferred length and tightening in place. Includes side step for mount and dismount, if you're more talented than I am.
