looking for at least 40 acres. buildings/house optional. willing to put a cabin or tiny home on it. Well, septic, and electric are pluses but not necessary . Plan is a small fruit orchard, berry patch, Dexter Cattle, heritage hogs, goats, rabbits, and poultry. own field corn, hay, wheat farm. Sustainable homestead.. looking into funding by a couple places for start up fees. missed deadline for ASPCA funding for sustainable agriculture projects. have some money for a down payment but not a lot. have blueprints, ideas, and starts but no land. have steady income but again not a whole lot.. must be able to use the land as I'm paying it off!
