Seems silly but I am more then happy to barter and put some effort into a place to raise my babies.
I can't afford a $300k home loan nor do I want one.
I'd rather stay "small" I'm sure you catch my thoughts.
I have somethings I can trade
A vehicle, motorcycle, dirtbikes, ect
I own a house cleaning business/ construction clean up/ along with exterior cleaning.
I have knowledge of Construction so the mobile needing work is not a problem aa long as it has water, electricity we are good!!
Looking for a single wide or double wide. No 5th wheels or pull behind trailers.
