I have had this beveled mirror for over 35 years - purchased from an Estate Sale. Dated around 1890s as proof there is what is left of a newspaper on the inside of the mirror frame dated 1899. It is very HEAVY! From what I know it was a hallway coat/hat rack. As you can see from the pictures, the metal hooks are broken off but they match when hung up on a wall. There used to be three of them originally.
It is a beautiful piece, needs a little tlc but definitely a ONE OF A KIND MIRROR!
