This is the Japanese machine for making mochi rice cakes and it also has an attachment to make miso paste. Serial number bs-ed10-wa . The instructions and buttons are in Japanese, which can easily be translated with an app like Google Translate. Also included is a step down converter, which will allow you to plug into an American outlet.
Works great, used it a few times to make Daifuku mochi and baked mochi. My kids are growing and we don’t use it as much anymore. Sells on Amazon for $320 plus $60 for voltage converter
