Because of its compact design, the Moffat E22M3 Turbofan=C2=AE convection oven
can be housed on a countertop, and its 2-inch, adjustable stainless steel legs prevent it from sliding. The stainless steel exterior is durable and
efficient to clean, while the enameled porcelain interior resists corrosion. To hold product, three chrome-plated, removable wire racks are
inside that can accommodate three half-size sheet pans.
To reduce humidity within the unit, this Moffat E22M3 convection oven is equipped with a hinged, drop-down door that is vented. The twin-pane door glass provides visibility and facilitates cleaning, and to prevent burns, the door handle stays cool to the touch. A low-velocity, one-direction fan distributes heat evenly throughout the unit, and users are alerted when cooking times are done with a 60-minute timer.
