Entire Basement for rent. Separate area totally to yourself. Kitchen with fridge, stove, sink, dish washer, washer and dryer hookups. Back deck access, your own entrance with gate and whatnot, good sized backyard (dog friendly). Separate room for some storage. Great place!

Need to be sociable and okay with my dog coming around, but everything is totally separate as far as my space upstairs and the space downstairs. It would be cool to find someone who had dog that could get along with mine (mine is super friendly)

I'm your typical 30y/o Bendite; avid outdoorsmen, tons of board sports, downhill biking, climbing, taking my pup out on hikes. I'm religiously into music and live shows/concerts. I do a lot of art and wood working.

Im also potentially open to renting single rooms out, it would just have to make sense financially.
