My house is coming available in SW Bend starting November 1st. This can be rented as a month-to-month furnished-&-flexible lease, or it can be rented in a 6-12 month unfurnished lease (or you can opt for a partial furnish and choose what stays in).
It is a 3BR 2BA house in an quiet neighborhood. The house has a hot tub, cold plunge, full equipped and stocked kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, big driveway, large 3 car garage, storage shed, and back yard outdoor lounge area with fire pit, and super fast Wi-Fi.
All three rooms are fully furnished with a dedicated work setup, queen size bed, and large closet. The master has a private bathroom and the other 2 rooms share a hallway bathroom.
There are two rental type options. You can do a 6-12 month rental for $2,950/month, or you can choose a month-to-month rental offering max flexibility for $3,250/month - The choice is yours!
• Utilities = flat $475/mn for m2m
• Security deposit = $2,500 upfront
