We have an amazing opportunity with one of the best companies in Central Oregon. Our client is located in Bend and they are looking for an exceptional individual to add to their team! Long-term positioning is available if this person excels in their overall performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills or polish up old ones as well as open the door with a company that prides itself on the care they show to their team. Some previous experience is required, but we are looking for someone that is teachable and trainable and demonstrates the skill set that would allow them to succeed. If you are someone who has some familiarity in general billing, including invoicing, data entry, bill payment, processing reports, etc.. and can learn quickly, meets the qualifications and is excited to jump into a new position we would love to meet you!
Schedule will run Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with a beginning wage of $16-$17/Hr.
-Data entry and computer knowledge including Excel.
-10 key by touch
-Proficient with quickbooks, excel and experienced with advanced functions
-Strong customer service and able to communicate clearly on the phone.
-Able to work closely with a team
-Able to learn new position quickly
