Are you looking to get in shape and get the motivation to transform your body?

Dynamic Group Fitness is one of Bend’s longest running and most successful women’s boot camp. These classes offer a whole body approach to exercise focusing on function, form, and results! Small and individualized classes help the instructor tailor the exercises to meet your needs and push you to attain your goals.

Classes are 3 days a week and on-going. No sessions or contracts! We are so confident you will like it, come in and try a class for free. Flexible class times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 530am, 630am and 9am. Indoors during Fall and Winter.
All levels welcome.
